How Everyrun makes race management easy

Step 1

Register as organiser

Anyone can register in a few simple steps.

Step 2

Create your event

Create an event listing in less than 15 minutes, or save a draft and come back to it later.

Step 3

Promote your event and register participants

All events have a free event listing on Everyrun.world and we will automatically notify local runners about your event. Use the page to register runners.

Step 4

Prepare for race day

Download our race management app. Print a list of participants, or remind your participants to print their race bibs (QR-codes). We will send a reminder email to your participants a day before the event.

Step5

Hold the event

Use our Race Management App to capture the participant's finish times and scan their race bibs (QR codes).

Step 6

Upload race results

Use the Organiser Dashboard to upload race results.

Step 7

Share your results

Runners receive their race times and positions by email and you can also share the race results page on social media.
